OASIS is an AT&T Employee Resource Group and a 501c3 non-profit organization. The primary purpose of the Organization of Asian Indians at AT&T (OASIS) is to provide AT&T employees with opportunities for self-development, professional enhancement, networking and support of AT&T’s business goals, while promoting greater understanding and appreciation of the cultural diversity among the AT&T workforce.

Dear OASIS Family,
I am honored to serve as the National President for the 2022-23 term.
I would like to start by thanking my predecessor, Ami Shah, and the former OASIS National Board Members for their impressive leadership over the last two years. They helped OASIS achieve great heights and I hope to continue to raise the bar.
OASIS has made a remarkable impact on AT&T employees as well as our communities where we live, work and play. We have developed a brand showcasing our strong competence in STEM and technology, while sharing our rich heritage and vibrant traditions. The new board’s goal is to continue to elevate the impact we are making today, while focusing on the current issues that the company and community face.
